the twelfth batch of China’s ’young overseas high-level talents
introduction plan.’Liu Mingzhen, was born in May 1990. She graduated
from Cambridge University and got her Bachelor’s Degree at 22 years old.
She graduated from Oxford University and got her Doctor’s Degree at 24,
becoming a professor at the University of Electronic Science and
Technology of China at the age of 25.

The only two professors born in 1990 in the plan, they accounts for 0.35% of the total, which makes them very rare indeed.
