Synonyms Cell differentiation protein RCD1 homolog, Rcd-1, RQCD1, RCD1, CNOT9, CT129, RCD1+. 

Introduction  RQCD1 is a novel transcriptional cofactor which mediates retinoic acid-induced cell differentiation. RQCD1 down-regulates MYB- and JUN-dependent transcription and may have a role in cell differentiation. RQCD1 also has a role in retinoic acid-controlled lung development.

The RQCD1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability RQCD1 should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Purity Greater than 95.0% as determined by S-PAGE.
