Anti-TREM1 monoclonal antibody, clone TREM-37

　Mouse anti Human Trem-1 antibody, clone TREM-26 recognizes Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1 (TREM-1), a receptor expressed on CD14+ monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils. It is also highly expressed in inflammatory lesions caused by fungi and bacteria. It stimulates neutrophils and monocytes-mediated inflammatory responses. TREM-1 activation, together with LPS and other PRR ligands, amplifies the production pro-inflammatory cytokines and thus the inflammatory response. The TREM-1 pathway also plays a crucial role in septic shock. Mouse anti Human Trem-1 antibody, clone TREM-26 has been shown to activate monocytes and granulocytes.
