| Suggested Working Dilution | | Protocol: 1. Tissue preparation: Deparaffinize and rehydrate according to the established protocols. 2. Blocking step-1: Incubate with H202 at RT for 15 minutes. Rinse with PBS. ACUITY Biotin Free Polymer Detection HRP System 50 Test DAB (SIGNET)3. Blocking step-2: Apply the Serum Block reagent for 15 minutes. 4. Primary antibody: Apply the primary antibody for 30 minutes. 5. Blocking step-3: Apply the Special Block reagent for 20 minutes then rinse with PBS (5min/2X). 6. Polymer Link: Apply the Polymer reagent for 30 minutes then rinse with PBS (5min/2X). 7. Chromogen step: Apply DAB Working Solution for 3-5 minutes then rinse with DI water (see preparation guidelines below). 8. Counter stain & mount.
