Kappa light chains and one VH domain of murine anti-Der p 2 monoclonal antibody 2B12 B3 co-expressed with heavy chain variable (VH ) domains of human IgE in a hybridoma cell line. Culture supernate from 2B12-IgE hybridoma cell line.
Concentration: 4000IU IgE/mL by comparison with WHO IgE Standard, which contains 5000 IU/ml IgE, 0.22μm filtered, contains 0.02% sodium azide.
