STB旋转压接式室内外分线盒
主要应用于市话电缆网络主干线与用户支线的分线设备，规格有5-50对。分线盒外形有：铝合金壳室内外分线盒,嵌壁式分线箱、抱杆式分线筒等。
技术指标：
l 分线盒进线采用有端子旋转卡夹气密式的接线方法，保证芯线接点不外露，接触可靠；
l 分线盒出线采用螺钉压卡，不用人工剥切绝缘层。操作、维修方便可靠；
l 分线盒接触点处用有机硅脂密封、防腐、防水、防潮，安全可靠．
l 分线盒外壳采用铝合金或冷轧板成型、表面喷塑，进出缆线孔配 有密封环，密封性能好。室外电缆分线盒使用环境:
l 配环境温度：-55℃～+55℃；
l 相对湿度：＜95%；
l 大气压力：70～106KPa。
l 环境温度：-25℃～+40℃；
l 绝缘电阻：标准大气条件下≥5x104MΩ；

STB模块带过压保护（AS-STB-P）
产品简介
为防止人身和设备遭受过电压伤害的装置。由底座和插拔件组成，用于线缆的接续和断开及过压保护。
1、使用环境条件：温度5～40oC；相对湿度＜85％（＋30oC）；大气压力70。
2、拉脱力及寿命：锡青铜，镀银（20～40uinch）适用线径为0．4～1mm，成端后拉脱力不小于25N。卡接寿命不小于200次。
3、阻燃性：塑料件采用PBT或阻燃ABS，其燃烧性能应达到GB／T5169．7-1985标准。
4、绝缘电阻：在标准大气压下，任一不相连的两接线端子间其绝缘电阻不小于1000MΩ。
5、簧片端子间接触电阻：在标准的试验条件下，接触簧片之间的接触电阻不大于7mΩ。
6、成端接触电阻：在标准的试验条件下导线与端子的成端接触电阻不大于3mΩ。

Empty distribution box for 1pair dropwire module(STB module),offerring good connection environment for ecommunication.

The subscriber connector unit consists of a rectangular box base with a cover and a connection module secured to the base.The top and base are hinged together, and the top is easily removable to facilitate working in cramped conditions.The cable grommets for wire entry and exit may be adjusted to conductor size and are also removable.A metal screw is provided for grounding purposes.
