保存条件Storage: Store at –20 oC for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20oC. When reconstituted in sterile distilled water or diluent supplied, theantibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Immunoglobulin M (IgM) normally constitutes about 10% of serum immunoglobulins. IgM antibody is prominent in early immune responses to most antigens and is largely confined to plasma due to it's large size. Monomeric IgM is expressed as a membrane bound antibody on the surface of B cells and as a pentamer when secreted by plasma cells. Due to it's high valency IgM is more efficient than other isotypes is binding antigens with repeating epitopes (virus particles and red blood cells) and is more efficient than IgG in activiating the complement pathway. The gene for the mu constant region contains four domains separated by short intervening sequences.

筛选杂交瘤细胞通过选择性培养而获得杂交细胞系中，仅少数能分泌针对免疫原的特异性抗体。一般在杂交瘤细胞布满孔底1／10面积时，即可开始检测特异性抗体，筛选出所需要的杂交瘤细胞系。　
检测抗体的方法应根据抗原的性质、抗体的类型不同，选择不同的筛选方法，一般以快速、简便、特异、敏感的方法为原则。
常用的方法有:
　　1.　ELISA用于可溶性抗原(蛋白质)、细胞和病毒等McAb的检测。
　　2.　RIA用于可溶性抗原、细胞McAb的检测。
　　3.　FACS(荧光激活细胞分类仪)用于检查细胞表面抗原的McAb检测。
　　4.　IFA用于细胞和病毒McAb的检测。
可靠的筛选方法必须在融合前建立，避免由于方法不当贻误整个筛选时机。
应用范围：
   1.免疫组织及免疫病理中抗原、抗体检查，如：各肿瘤抗原检查，细胞凋亡检测。
   2.用于细胞因子等检查的荧光流式细胞仪测定。
   3.用于临床自身免疫病的多种自身抗体荧光检查，如：抗核抗体，抗心肌酶抗体。
   4.白细胞分型抗原的免疫荧光染色。
   5.用于细菌、病毒、梅毒螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原及抗体检测。
主要性能：
0.5ml或根据试验需求的各种包装，并提供浓缩液或冻干粉，含有0.01%NaN3防腐剂。 β-arrestin 1蛋白IgG含量在2mg/ml。FITC为Sigma异构体I，约在70-80ug/ml，495nm为zui大吸收峰，激发波长 525 nm 。
