• 概 述 Almost

ZW32-12F 型户外交流高压真空分界断路器（以下简称VSP5-12/630-12.5）是我公司自主研发的一 款新型产品，分界断路器是集真空断路器、分界断路器、分段器四大开关于 一体的多功能智能化装置产品，主要配置由真空分界断路器本体、看门狗控制器、外置电压互感器 （注：配网自动化环网线路中可选双侧PT）三大部分组成，产品广泛用于10kV 城市、农村配电网架空环网线路中作分段隔离开关 联络开关、可实行环网线路负荷调配的 自动化开关装置，在大用户供电的分支线路中可作为分界开关（俗称看门狗），馈线架空配电 网络作分界断路器分段器之用，真空分界断路器具有远程管理模式，保护控制功能及通讯 功能。能可靠判断、检测界内毫安级零序电流及相间短路故障电流，实现自动切除单相接地 故障和相间短路故障。

本安装使用说明书规定了分界断路器的引用标准、使用环境条件、型号和额定参数、结 构特点、工作原理、订货须知、以及操作、安装、使用、维护的方法等内容。

Reliable judgment and detection limits of milliamperes zero sequence current and the phase to phase short circuit fault current and can automatically remove single-phase grounding fault and phase to phase short circuit fault.

The installation instructions for use provisions of the demarcation circuit breaker of the reference standard, the use of environmental conditions, type and rated parameters, structure features, working principle, order notes, and the operation, installation, use, maintenance method and content.

• 的功能 Function of dividing circuit breaker

自动切除单相接地故障，当用户支线发生单相接地故障时，分界断路器自动分闸，变电站及馈线上的其它分支用户感受不到故障的发生。自动隔离相间短路故障，当用户支线发生相间短路故障时，分界断路器先于变电站出线保护开关跳闸，自动隔离故障线路，不会波及馈线上的其它分支用户停电。 快速定位故障点，当用户支线故障造成分界断路器保护动作后，仅责任用户停电，由其主动报送故障信息，电力公司可迅速派员到场排查；分界断路器如配有通信模块，则 动将信息报送到电力管理ZX。监控用户负荷，当分界断路器可配置有线或无线通信附件，将监测数据传送到电力管理ZX，实现对用户负荷的远方实时数据监控。远方操作功能，用户可以通过手机短信或计算机后台方式操作真空分界断路器分闸。

• 产品结构 Product structure

分界断路器在ZW32-12 型真空断路器基础上进行了优化改进（详见ZW32-12户外高压真空断路器使用说明书）和外置电压互感器及智能控制器组成，通过全密封防水型航空接插件和户 外密封电缆进行电气连接。 分界断路器采用专用的弹簧操动机构（或永磁机构），具备手、电动储能，手、电动合闸，手、电动 分闸功能。 分界断路器外置3 只单相CT，变比600/5（或用户指定的变比），分界断路器采用外置式PT，装于电源侧，变比10000V/220V，控制器和断路器的操作电源和电压信号均由PT提供。

7.  看门狗控制器Watchdog controller

7.1 概述Summary

• “看门狗”控制器中压架空线电网的监控单元，与柱上开关配合实现遥控及自动化管理。监控单元接近开关安装，适用于35kV及以下户外开关设备。

7.3.3 控制器电源及合分闸控制电压 Controller power supply and control voltage

• 看门狗控制器电源来自高压互感器，电源额定电压为AC220V，50Hz，电源航插连接好后控制器自动进入工作状态，控制器内置5A保险丝；
• 柱上开关储能电机使用PT电压供电，经控制器后接入柱上开关；
• 控制器内部自带储能电容器，合分闸能量均来自该电容器，为了避免线路电压波动对合分闸操作的影响，合分闸控制回路输出电压均为DC220V直流电压，当线路电压突降时电容器可提供不少于6s的时间维持控制器工作及重合闸一次。

注：控制器采用了稳压充电方式，保证储能电容器电压在DC220V±3V以内，电容器充电时间≤0.5s。

8. 安装使用 Installation and use

 9、运输、验收及储存 Transportation, acceptance and storage

 9.1  运输 Transport

     运输时必须整台开关装入封 的包装箱内加以固定，运输过程中不得翻转、倾斜，需采取防震措施。

    Transport must be the whole set of switches in the sealed box to be fixed, the transport process can not be reversed, tilt, need to take measures to take precautions.

 9.2  验收 Check before acceptance

     用户收到分界断路器后应进行如下工作。

    Users shall have the following work as follows.

 9.2.1 检查包装是否损坏。 Check whether the package is damaged.

 9.2.2 对照产品装箱单检查 件是否齐全、附件及备件是否齐全。

       Control product packing list is complete, the accessories and spare parts are complete.

 9.2.3检查断路器铭Pai上的技术参数、产品合格证是否符合订货要求。

       The technical parameters, check the circuit breaker on the nameplate product certification is in accordance with the requirements of the order.

 9.3  贮存 Keep in storage

     分界断路器应存放在干燥、通风、防潮及防有害气体侵袭的室内，长期存放应定期检查环境是否符合要求。装箱、开箱和保管应在干燥的室内， 产品及各部件要进行核 是否完整和相符。

     The dividing circuit breaker should be stored in the dry, ventilated, moisture and prevent harmful gas in the invasion of indoor, long-term storage should be regularly check whether the environment is in line with the requirements. Packing, unpacking and storage should be in dry room, products and components to conduct a nuclear is complete and consistent.

10、订货须知 Ordering information

10.1  订货时应说明产品的型号。例如分界断路器的额定电流、额定短路开断电流、数量、产品配置(如电 流互感器变比、精度、容量、数量、出厂变比)等。

10.2  用户须提出安装方式，选择相应的安装架和紧固附件。
