HAD-600KN 全自动压样机

我公司生产的压样机是X射线荧光光谱仪的配套设备。HAD-400KN，HAD-600KN型压样机采用内模压样方式，操作方便、效率高、性能稳定可靠。

产品结构特点 Characteristics of the Products

●内模式压样，压头行程100毫米。可用于硼酸、钢环、铝杯、塑环等各类压样方式，适用范围广，工作稳定。 Adopted internal mould sample-press, pressure head travel is 100 mm. The products can be used for various kinds of sample-pressing methods such as boric acid, steel ring, aluminum cup, plastic ring etc., with characteristics of broad scope of application and stable working.

●特有的缓加压、慢退模程序更有利于保证压样合格率、提高压样样品质量。 With specific programs of slow pressurization and slow mould-release, the products are favorable to ensure acceptance rate of sample-press, improve sample quality of sample-press.

●特别设计的集成液压管道模块不仅使组装更加方便，而且减少了漏油机会。 With integrated hydraulic pipe block being specially designed, it not only makes assembling easier, but also reduces the chance of oil leak.

●加厚的油箱盖板使油泵和电磁阀的动作噪音更小。 With thickening oil-tank cover-board, it makes acting noise of oil pump and solenoid valve smaller.

●采用由可控硅集成的固态模块替代传统的接触器避免了由于电机频繁启动而引起的各类故障，有效提高了该部分的使用寿命。 Adopted solid-state block of integrated silicon controlled to replace traditional contactor, it avoids various kinds of troubles caused by frequent starting of motor and efficiently increases service life of this section.

●继电器控制部分采用印刷板焊接结构，减少了控制箱的接线，提高了电器控制的可靠性。 The Control section of relay is adopted the welding structure of printed circuit board, it reduces wiring of control box, improves reliability of electric control.

●控制电源全部采用低压24V，工作更加安全可靠。 Control power source is fully adopted low-voltage of 24V, which makes work safer and more reliable.

●结构紧凑，占地面积小。 With compacting structure, small floor space
