MAb 74-22-15 reacts with > 90 % of pig monocytes and granulocytes and < 5 % of peripheral blood lymphocytes. This clone was clustered as anti-SWC3a at the First International Swine CD Workshop.
纯化方法 Rabbit Anti-Cofilin (Phospho-Ser3) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
