狗骨骼肌细胞，Canine Skeletal Muscle Cells (CnSkMC)。CnSkMC来源于狗肢体正常骨骼肌，第1代时冻存于含有10% FBS 和 10% DMSO的狗骨骼肌细胞基础培养基，细胞数量>5×10⁵cells/ml ，可以达到15倍增。每个批次经检测均不含有支原体、细菌和真菌。

Tissue:	Normal skeletal muscle of the canine limb. Each lot is tested negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, and fungi.
Cryopreserved ampoule:	1st passage, >500,000 cells in Canine Skeletal Muscle Cell Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO.
Kit contains:	Ampoule of cryopreserved CnSkMC (Cn150-05), 500 ml Canine Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Medium (Cn151-500), and a Subculture Reagent Kit (090K).
Proliferating Cells:	Shipped in Canine Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Medium at 2nd passage in either flasks or multiwell dishes.
Population doublings:	Can be cultured at least 15 doublings
