产品背景介绍：MTTP catalyzes the transport of triglyceride, cholesteryl ester, and phospholipid between phospholipid surfaces. MTTP is required for the secretion of plasma lipoproteins that contain apolipoprotein B. It is positively regulated by cholesterol and negatively regulated by insulin. Defects in MTP are the cause of abetalipoproteinemia.微粒体甘油三酯转移蛋白（microsomal triglyceride transfer protein，MTP）是一种主要分布于肝细胞、肠上皮细胞中的脂质转移蛋白，存在于细胞微粒体、内质网腔内，在内质网内含量，占总蛋白的0．5％-1．0％,MTTP在甘油三酯转运及极低密度脂蛋白组装和分泌中发挥着重要作用。
