Ultroser G血清替代品通过一系列质量测试，包括PH、蛋白质浓度、无菌控制、细菌和真菌、牛病毒（BHV1-DVB/MM,红细胞吸附）、支原体、Hep G2细胞增殖能力、核型分析等。

Pall Ultroser G serum substitute 血清替代品 英文简述：
Ultroser™ G serum substitute can successfully replace FCS （fetal calf serum） in cell culture medium. It is designed for the in vitro culture of anchorage-dependent cells. It is specially tested as the primary culture from amniotic liquid cells and is designed to confirm their ability for karyotyping. Ultroser G serum substitute is CE mark-certified.
Ultroser G serum substitute has a concentration five times higher than fetal calf serum （2 % of reconstituted Ultroser G serum substitute is equivalent to 10%  fetal calf serum in the basal medium）.
