关于TNFRSF1A：
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A (Tnfrsf1a) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. Tnfrsf1a is one of the major receptors for the tumor necrosis factor-alpha. It can activate the transcription factor NF-κB, mediate apoptosis, and function as a regulator of inflammation. Antiapoptotic protein BCL2-associated athanogene 4 (BAG4/SODD) and adaptor proteins TRADD and TRAF2 have been shown to interact with this receptor, and thus play regulatory roles in the signal transduction mediated by the receptor. Germline mutations of the extracellular domains of this receptor were found to be associated with the human genetic disorder called tumor necrosis factor associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS) or periodic fever syndrome

ETS1 Protein (ETS1) is a nuclear protein that belongs to the ETS family. Members of this family recognize the core consensus DNA sequence GGAA/T in target genes. Proteins function either as transcriptional activators or repressors of numerous genes. They are involved in stem cell development, cell senescence and death, and tumorigenesis. ETS1 is a transcription factor, containing one ETS DNA-binding domain and one PNT (pointed) domain. it has been shown to interact with TTRAP, UBE2I and Death Associated Protein 6.

Interleukin 7 Receptor alpha (IL-7Rα), also known as CD127, is a 75 kDa hematopoietin receptor superfamily member that plays an important role in lymphocyte differentiation, proliferation, and survival. IL-7Rα is majorly expressed on T cells and their precursors, and early in B cell development as well, prior to the appearance of surface IgM. Dynamic regulation of IL-7Rα is important for the generation of appropriate immune responses.

  本制品是94kDa的耐热性DNA聚合酶，是把Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase基因在大肠杆菌中进行表达后经多次纯化分离而得到 的。它与天然Taq DNA聚合酶具有相同的功能。使用本制品扩增得到的 PCR产物的3´端附有一个"A"碱基，因此可直接克隆于T载体中。配以百奥莱博独特配方的5×反应缓冲液（已添加Mg2+）可获得更加理 想的扩增结果。

使用建议：
1、使用本试剂扩增得到的PCR产物3´ 端有一突出"A"碱基，可直接克隆 于T载体中。
2、如需扩增克隆较长片段建议换用Pfu DNA聚合酶。当扩增大片段 时，Taq酶的扩增效率大大低于Taq Plus酶，在>4Kb片段的PCR扩增中建议换用Taq Plus酶。

应用实例：


图例一） 50μl扩增体系中，以5ngλDNA 为模板，对500bp～6.0kb的扩增结果。
