    E3 Ubiquitin-Protein Ligase CHIP is a cytoplasmic protein. CHIP is highly expressed in skeletal muscle, heart, pancreas, brain and placenta. CHIP interacts with the molecular chaperones Hsc70-Hsp70 and Hsp90 through its TPR domain; lead to in client substrate ubiquitylation and degradation by the proteasome. CHIP targets misfolded chaperone substrates towards proteasomal degradation. CHIP mediates transfer of non-canonical short ubiquitin chains to HSPA8 that have no effect on HSPA8 degradation. CHIP plays a role in base-excision repair: catalyzes polyubiquitination by amplifying the HUWE1/ARF-BP1-dependent monoubiquitination and leading to POLB-degradation by the proteasome. It also may regulate the receptor stability and activity through proteasomal degradation.

    LTA4H, which is short for Leukotriene A-4 hydrolase, is a 611 aa. protein. It belongs to the peptidase M1 family, and exists in cytoplasm. This protein has at least 4 isforms produced by alternative splicing, and two of them are expressed in monocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, reticulocytes, platelets and fibroblasts. LTA4H involves in lipid metabolism and leukotriene B4 biosynthesis. It is a epoxide hydrolase that catalyzes the final step in the biosynthesis of the proinflammatory mediator leukotriene B4. It also has aminopeptidase activity

    关于TAC3
    Tachykinin 3 (TAC3) is a secreted protein that belongs to the Tachykinin family. Tachykinins are active peptides that excite neurons and evoke behavioral responses; they are potent vasodilators and secretagogues, and contract many smooth muscles in pregnancy. TAC3 is primarily expressed in the central and peripheral nervous systems and functions as a neurotransmitter.It is also expressed in the outer syncytiotrophoblast of the placenta and may be associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension and pre-eclampsia. TAC3 acts as the ligand for the neurokinin-3 receptor, mutations in this gene are associated with normosmic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.

    关于OX40/TNFRSF4/CD134
    OX40, also termed CD134 and TNFRSF4, is a T cell co-stimulatory molecule of the TNF receptor superfamily which plays a key role in the survival and homeostasis of effector and memory T cells. OX40 is expressed on CD4+ and CD8+ T cells upon engagement of the TCR by antigen presenting cells along with co-stimulation by CD40-CD40 Ligand and CD28-B7. The interaction between OX40 and OX40 ligand (OX40L) will occur when activated T cells bind to professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs). The T-cell functions, including cytokine production, expansion, and survival, are then enhanced by the OX40 costimulatory signals. OX40 signals are critical for controlling the function and differentiation of Foxp3+ regulatory T cells. OX40-OX40L interaction regulates T-cell tolerance, peripheral T-cell homeostasis, and T-cell-mediated inflammatory diseases.
