    Members of the legume family, soybeans and their derived ingredients contain allergenic proteins. Even soybean sprouts, soy sauce, hydrolyzed soy protein tofu, miso, and lecithin retain IgE-binding activity. BioFront’s MonoTrace ELISA kit accurately and precisely detects the presence of soy.

    CROSS-REACTIVITY 交叉反应

    At concentrations as high as 100,000 ppm,  no cross-reactivity was observed in a large panel of assayed samples, including: walnut, hazelnut, pecan, peanut, pistachio, cashew, pecan, macadamia nut, Brazil nut, almond, pine nut, and sesame.

    RECOVERY 回收

    Recovery of spiked soy samples at various concentrations was efficient (>79%) when the following food matrices were assayed: chocolate, cereals, breads, cake
