    Coomassie stained gel showing purification of recombinant NS3 helicase protein.Bacterial cells expressing the His-tagged protein were lysed (lane 2), pelleted, and the SN (lane 3) was loaded onto Nickel resin. The ~55 kD protein was absent in the resin flow thru (lane 4) as well as column washes (lanes 5 and 6). Elutions with immidazole (lanes 7 and 8) yielded ≥95% pure protein.Lane 1 = marker

    考染显示纯化的重组NH3解旋酶蛋白。表达His标签蛋白的菌细胞裂解物（lane 2），颗粒状的SN（lane 3）过镍树脂。~55 kD蛋白在树脂流出液（(lane 4）中消失，同见于柱洗涤液（lanes 5 & 6）。洗脱液连同咪唑（lanes 7 & 8）产生≥95%纯度的蛋白质。Lane 1 = marker
