Introduction
Universal cDNA is prepared by BioChain’s reverse transcribed universal RNA through random hexamer or oligo dT primer. Total RNA is isolated by modified guanidine thiocyanate technique. The Universal cDNA can be used as controls for real time PCR and
regular PCR, and also as a gene pool for cloning genes. BioChain’s Universal cDNA is prepared with various diversified organs to ensure the broadest coverage of genes. Our Universal cDNA is made on an industrial scale to minimize the lot-to-lot variations.
