              滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司研发出一种一次进样双检测器变压器油分析XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱流程。该气相色谱包括进样口、三根色谱柱A、B、C,双臂催化燃烧检测器,氢焰检测器,镍触媒转化器及载气系统,色谱柱A、B并联于进样口之后,色谱柱A后串接氢焰检测器,色谱柱B后依次串接催化燃烧检测器臂、镍触媒转化器、色谱柱C、催化燃烧检测器;色谱柱A至少能分离CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2;色谱柱B至少能分离H2、CO、CO2;色谱柱C至少能分离氢与甲烷。与常规流程相比本研究减少了一个检测器,降低了色谱仪成本,且氢气和空气的用量减少,而检测性能指标不降低;且使用催化燃烧检测器替换娇贵的热导检测器,既减少了成本,又降低了色谱仪操作与维护的难度。
