质量标准： 【产品介绍】CD205 is a type I C-type lectin-like
 molecule that acts as an endocytic receptor to 
direct captured antigens from the extracellular space to 
a specialized antigen-processing compartment （1, 2）. 
It functions to deliver antigen to dendritic cells 
for presentation on MHC class II and cross-presentation 
on MHC class I. Thus, CD205 plays an important role in 
CD4 and CD8 T cell tolerance induction to self-antigen 
both in the periphery and in the thymus. It is expressed 
at high levels on cortical thymic epithelium, 
thymic medullary DCs （CD11c+ CD8+）, and subsets 
of peripheral DCs （CD11c+ CD8+ splenic/lymph node 
DCs, dermal/interstitial DCs, and Langerhans cells） （2）. 
In addition, CD205 causes reduced proliferation 
of B-lymphocytes （1）.
