重组小鼠Prolactin R蛋白 Recombinant Mouse Prolactin R/PRLR

与肿瘤细胞有关的因素 (一) 肿瘤细胞的抗原改变与调变肿瘤细胞的肿瘤抗原脱落 (shedding of tumor antigen) 致肿瘤抗原缺失, 不表达特异性抗原。肿瘤抗原调变 (tumor antigenmodulation) 是指肿瘤细胞在宿主体内连续传代的过程中, 抗原特异性改变或失去原有的特异性, 从而避免杀伤。肿瘤特异性抗原缺失或改变均可致肿瘤细胞逃避机体免疫系统的监视作用, 避免免疫系统对其进行攻击和杀伤。 (二) 肿瘤细胞“漏逸” “漏逸”(sneaking through) 是指由于肿瘤细胞迅速生长, 超越了机体抗肿瘤免疫应答的限度, 致使宿主不能有效地清除大量生长的肿瘤细胞, 从而逃逸免疫监视。 (三) 肿瘤细胞的 MHC - Ⅰ类分子表达低下肿瘤抗原需经胞内加工处理并与 MHC - Ⅰ类分子结合后, 才能被提呈至肿瘤细胞表面, 并被 CD8+Tc 细胞识别。通常情况下, 肿瘤细胞 MHC - Ⅰ类分子表达缺陷或低下, 致使肿瘤细胞抗原不能被有效提呈, 而逃逸免疫系统的监视。 (四) 肿瘤细胞导致的免疫YZ 肿瘤细胞可通过分泌 TGF -β, IL - 10 或表达 FasL 等, 以YZ机体抗肿瘤免疫应答的产生。同时, 由于肿瘤细胞很少表达 B7 等协同刺激分子, 故不能为 T 细胞的活化提供第二信号, 从而不能有效诱导免疫应答。
