其他获得性免疫缺陷病继发于恶性肿瘤、某些感染、某些蛋白质大量丢失和消耗性疾病, 以及医源性的化疗、放疗等基础上, 在临床上较常见。 (一) 恶性肿瘤有广泛转移的癌症患者, 以及发生于各种免疫细胞的恶性肿瘤, 如淋巴肉瘤、何杰金病、慢性淋巴性白血病的患者, 由于免疫细胞的生长、发育和成熟受到干扰, 以及肿瘤本身分泌如 TGF -β等的免疫YZ物, 故常表现出细胞及体液免疫功能低下。 (二) 感染麻疹病毒、人类嗜 T 淋巴细胞病毒 - 1 感染, 结核分枝杆菌感染, 各种慢性真菌感染, 以及慢性寄生虫感染, 均可引起严重免疫YZ, 患者表现出继发其他微生物感染。 (三) 蛋白质大量丢失或合成不足慢性肾炎、肾病综合征、慢性肠炎、大面积烧伤等, 因免疫球蛋白和其他蛋白质可经泌尿道、消化道、皮肤创面大量丢失, 以及严重营养不良、消化道吸收不良等, 这些疾病均可导致机体蛋白质严重缺失, 表现为免疫球蛋白明显降低, 同时蛋白质不足也会影响免疫细胞的生长发育和功能, 故患者表现出细胞及体液免疫功能均低下。 (四) 医源性因素临床上ZL肿瘤常常应用化疗药物和放疗措施, 它们在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时对正常组织细胞 (包括免疫细胞) 也有明显的杀伤、破坏作用, 故患者表现出细胞免疫及体液免疫功能明显低下。通过实验室检查发现, T细胞增殖反应减弱, 皮肤迟发性超敏反应由阳性转为阴性, 临床表现为对病毒及细菌易感染。
