| HIV 的介绍 HIV 感染者在急性期和无症状期均缺乏引人注意的特殊临床表现, 但其血液、一些 体液及某些细胞内均含有 HIV, 能通过多种途径感染他人。HIV 主要有 3 条传播途径: (1) 性传播。性传播是 HIV Z主要的传播途径, 占 75% , 男性感染者的体液、生 殖道细胞、女性分泌物均含有病毒。 (2) 血液途径。误输入含有 HIV 的血液、血制品; 静脉毒瘾者共用不经消毒的注 射器, 是血液传播的重要途径。 (3) 垂直传播。每天大约有 1600 名婴儿因母婴传播感染 HIV。儿童 HIV 感染 80%来源于母亲, 可于宫内、分娩过程之中和哺乳期感染 HIV。 (四) HIV的预防 研制有效、安全、廉价的 HIV 疫苗是控制 HIV 感染的根本措施, 目前全世界约有 30 个机构正致力于疫苗的研制, 研制的疫苗包括 HIV 灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、亚单位 疫苗、抗独特型抗体疫苗、基因重组疫苗、核酸疫苗等, 但到目前为止尚无安全、有效 的 HIV 疫苗问世。HIV 疫苗研制进展迟缓的主要原因有: (1) HIV 的高度变异性。HIV 逆转录酶无校正功能, 每天患者体内可产生 1011个新 病毒颗粒, 导致 HIV 高度变异性。 (2) 缺乏廉价易得的动物模型。HIV 只能感染黑猩猩和狒狒, 由于生态和价格等原 因, 这些动物均不是实用的理想动物模型。 (3) 难以期望人们在研究成功前自愿SY疫苗。 目前主要通过普及 HIV 传播知识, 使用防护措施, 规范性行为, 严格筛选献血员等 措施来降低 HIV 的传播。 | |||||||
