The glucagon receptor has been reported to be expressed in liver ａnd adipose, but not in adrenal medulla. ESTs have been isolated from liver/spleen ａnd kidney libraries.Subcellular Location : Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.Similarity : Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 2 family.
