神经节肽抗体,Anti-Galanin抗体保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Galanin is a 30 amino acid neuropeptide widely distributed in the peripheral ａnd central nervous systems ａnd endocrine system. The amino acid sequence of galanin is very conserved （almost 90% among species）, indicating the importance of the molecule. In the brain, the highest concentrations are observed in the hypothalamus ａnd particularly in the nerve terminals of the median eminence.
