脆性组氨酸三联体抗体,Anti-FHIT抗体保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

FHIT （fragile histidine triad） cleaves adenosine 5＇ PPP 5＇ A to yield AMP ａnd ADP. Alterations ａnd deletions of the FHIT gene are strongly linked to the genesis ａnd establishment of human tumors of the lung, cervix, breast, colon, stomach ａnd pancreas. In normal cells, FHIT may act as a tumor suppressor. FHIT physically associates with ubiquitin conjugating enzyme 9.
