叉头蛋白P3抗体,Anti-FoxP3抗体保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Fox P3, Forkhead box P3 （also disineted AIID, DIETER, IPEX, JM2, PIDX,SCURFIN, XPID zinc finger protein JM2） Probable is transcription factor. Plays a critical role in the control of immune response. Defects in FOXP3 are the cause of immunodeficiency polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked syndrome （IPEX） also known as X-linked autoimmunity-immunodeficiency syndrome. IPEX is characterized by neonatal onset insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, infections, secretory diarrhea, trombocytopenia, anemia ａnd eczema. It is usually lethal in infancy.
