淋巴细胞抗原75抗体,Anti-DEC-205/CD205/Ly75抗体保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month ａnd for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Ly75 is expressed in spleen, thymus, colon ａnd peripheral blood lymphocytes ａnd causes reduced proliferation of B-lymphocytes as well as acting as an endocytic receptor to direct captured antigens from the extracellular space to a specialized antigen-processing compartment. Ly75 is also detected in myeloid ａnd B lymphoid cell lines ａnd isoforms 2 ａnd 3 are expressed in Hodgkin ａnd Reed-Sternberg （HRS） cells （malignant Hodgkin lymphoma cells）.
