基因芯片试剂系统These complete reagent systems are used for processing DNA microarrays printed on UltraGAPS™ slides. All of the reagents in each kit are from the same production lot ａnd undergo quality control testing as a system, not just as individual components. All kits include a protocol booklet ａnd laminated protocol card, ａnd have a shelf life of up to nine months.
Validation kits enable customers to test Pronto!™ as a complete system in the laboratory. Each kit has the components required to perform 10 complete microarray experiments. The universal validation kit includes 10 UltraGAPS™ slides, 15mL universal spotting solution, universal pre-soak solution, pre-soak tablets, universal pre-hybridization solution, universal hybridization solution, wash reagent A, ａnd wash reagent B. The volume of reagents in the kits is sufficient to perform 10 hybridizations.

Printing kits include 50mL of spotting solution for library dilution ａnd 25 UltraGAPS™ slides for quality control or for normal use.

Hybridization kits include enough reagents to hybridize 10 or 25 microarrays according to the included protocols. The universal hybridization kit includes universal pre-soak solution, pre-soak tablets, universal pre-hybridization solution, universal hybridization solution, wash reagent A, ａnd wash reagent B. Hybridization kit 89089-640 is supplied without Pre-Soak solution ａnd tablets.
