One StepAmphetamine Test Device
A rapid, one step test for the qualitative detection of Amphetamines in human urine.
For healthcare professionals including professionals at point of care sites
For professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
The urine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container. Urine collected at any time of the day may be used. Urine specimens exhibiting visible particles should be centrifuged, filtered, or allowed to settle to obtain clear specimen for testing.
Specimen Storage
Urine specimens may be stored at 2-8°C for up to 48 hours prior to assay. For long-term storage, specimens may be frozen and stored below -20°C. Frozen specimens should be thawed and mixed before testing.
Allow the test device, urine specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30oC) prior to testing.
1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.
2. Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100ml) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S). See the illustration below.
3. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. The result should be read at 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
INTERPRETATION OF RESUL
NEGATIVE:* Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another apparent colored line should be in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration is below the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).
* NOTE: The shade of color in the test line region (T) will vary, but it should always be considered as negative whenever there is even a faint line.
POSITIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T). This positive result indicates that the Amphetamine concentration exceeds the detectable level (1,000 ng/mL).
INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the lot immediay and contact your local distributor.

下午2点整,在阳光下,在歌声里,在球场上,番禺创新科技园的*届趣味运动会拉开了序幕!随着主持人高昂的声音,球场上攒动的人群排列成了整齐的队伍。领队高举着各支代表队的Pai子站立在队伍的Z前方,参赛运动员们摩拳擦掌兴致高昂地排列在队伍里,等待着运动会的开始。接着,科技园的领导,广州市登山行业协会的领导发表讲话,预祝本次运动会取得成功!
开幕式结束后,在主持人的带领下,运动员们完成了热身运动,即将到来的,便是令人热血沸腾的运动会比赛了。本公司的*项比赛项目是考验身体协调和团队协作的雷霆战鼓。随着哨声响起,六位同事用协同的步伐和节奏,小心翼翼地颠动着鼓上的气球,两位同事在旁蓄力以待,随时准备着把颠落的气球捡回。紧张,激动,每一位同事都在努力地完成着比赛。随着裁判结束的声音响起,同事们才放松下来,但是由于疏于运动的原因,在此项目上我们的成绩并不理想。公司领导詹总此时为大家鼓舞打气,让大家重振士气,并在接下来的比赛中取得了更好的成绩。
时间来到下午的三点钟,健仑生物的各位同事们正进行着点球大战项目的比赛。伴随着阵阵欢呼声,只见各位同事踢出一个又一个令人激动的进球,得分也水涨船高。Z终,健仑生物公司在此项目上取得了前五名的好成绩。在中场休息的时候,詹总召集大家进行了简短的总结,并鼓舞大家继续努力,争取更好的表现。果不其然,在接下来的龟兔赛跑和超级投篮的环节中,同事们的表现越来越出色,展现了健仑生物公司的积极面貌和团结协作的公司文化。
四项比赛项目结束后,趣味竞赛也告一段落,接下来进行的则是令人期待的彩色欢乐跑。跑步是一项Z基础的运动,能够增强体质和耐力,是Z健康有效的锻炼方式。而本次彩色欢乐跑,则是在彩粉中,围绕科技园园区进行的长达三公里的跑步比赛。在大家戴上防目镜和头巾之后,随着彩粉的抛撒,比赛正式开始。而健仑生物当中,一马当先的是公司领导詹总,他挥舞着旗杆,领跑在大队伍的前方,也象征着健仑生物要在国内做Z出色的生物公司,做领跑同行的领头羊!而各位同事也不甘落后,卯足了劲冲刺在赛道上。团结,友爱,互助,拼搏,GX,追求的公司文化在本次比赛中展现的淋漓尽致。
下午五点整,随着Z后一位运动员冲过终点,运动会的比赛也落下了帷幕。在接下来的颁奖仪式上,获奖队伍和运动员得到了表彰和奖品,运动会结束了,但是通过运动会收获的成功和精神会一直流传,成为广州健仑生物前进道路上一道闪亮的风景!
