Apixaban（阿哌沙班，又称BMS 562247-01，商品名为Eliquis）是一种高度选择性的、可逆的、直接Xa因子YZ剂，并YZ凝血酶原酶结合的Xa因子，对人和兔Xa因子具有相似的亲和性，Ki值分别为0.08 nM和0.16 nM。
Apixaban已批准上市，作为抗凝剂用于预防静脉血栓栓塞(thromboembolism)和房颤中风。

运输与保存方法
粉末直接保存于-20 ºC，有效期2年。易溶于DMSO。建议分装后-20ºC避光保存，避免反复冻存，至少可存放6个月。

（一）细胞实验（体外研究）
在体外，Apixaban对人、兔、大鼠和犬的Xa因子的YZ活性不同，Ki值分别为0.08、0.16、1.3、1.7 nM；并具有抗凝作用，所需的浓度(EC2x)分别为 3.6、2.3、7.9、6.7 μM。[5]
（二）动物实验（体内研究）
在动静脉分流血栓形成(AVST)和静脉血栓形成(VT)预防模型中，Apixaban（0.03-3mg/kg/h）具有抗血栓形成作用，该作用方式为剂量依赖型。[4]
