存活蛋白Survivin是细胞凋亡YZ基因家族中的一个成员，仅存在于在哺乳动物中，主要表达于细胞周期中的G2/M期，参与细胞周期的调节，通过YZ细胞凋亡蛋白酶3和7的活性，可以防止细胞发生凋亡，在许多恶性肿瘤组织中均有过表达，在成人正常组织中不表达，主要用于各种恶性肿瘤的研究。在成神经细胞瘤中，survivin的表达意味着预后不良，存活率较低。在胃肠道肿瘤中，与Bcl-2和p53的异常表达具有相关性。在食道癌中，survivin可以作为化疗不良的一个参考依据。

They are mainly used in the research of various malignant tumors. In neuroblastoma, the expression of survivin implies a poor prognosis and a lower survival rate. In gastrointestinal tumors, there is a correlation with abnormal expression of Bcl-2 and p53. In esophageal cancer, survivin can be used as a reference for poor chemotherapy.
