产品描述
ABT-888（veliparib）是一种GX的，可口服的PARP-1 和 PARP-2YZ剂，其IC50别为5.2 和 2.9 nmol/L，且还能YZSIRT2 [1]。ABT-888能增强如化疗和放疗等DNA损伤剂的作用。体内外实验表明本品具有显著的YZPARP活性的作用。文献报道，在C41 [2]和H460 [3]细胞中，ABT-888YZPARP活性。在ZL转移性乳腺癌、结肠癌、转移性黑色素瘤和脑肿瘤方面已取得显著的效果，其与替莫唑胺联用ZL乳腺癌的研究已经进入临床III期。
