     DEAE琼脂糖凝胶FF/DEAE Sepharose FF，是由6%的交联琼脂糖构成的弱碱性阴离子交换填料，外观凝胶状白色微球保存在20%的乙醇溶液中，配基交换基团是二乙氨乙基，可交换的是氯离子，总离子交换量：0.11-0.16mmol/g凝胶，蛋白质吸附容量：110mgHSA/ml介质，工作PH：2-9，稳定操作温度：4-40度，主要是通过离子交换的原理，对生物大分子如蛋白质，核酸，多肽等物质进行快速高产量的纯化。保存2-8度三年。

DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow is part of the Sepharose Fast Flow ion exchange platform, which has been the industrial standard for ion exchange chromatography during recent decades. It is composed of crosslinked 6% agarose beads, with diethylaminoethyl （DEAE） weak anion exchange groups. DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow has high chemical stability, allowing well proven cleaning-in-place （CIP） and sanitization protocols. Scale-up with DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow is straight forward and the medium is available in a range of pre-packed process development tools.
