SP琼脂糖凝胶HP/SP Sepharose High Performance，是强阳离子交换填料，SP（Sulphopropyl）的基质是磺酸基，HP（High Performance）表示高性能，其基质含6%的交联琼脂糖，外观是凝胶状的白色微球保存在20%的乙醇溶液中，微球粒径：24-44um，交换量：0.15-0.20 mmol H+/ml ，稳定工作的PH范围：3-14，操作温度：4-40度，40度以上凝胶体会产生溶解，具体参数见详细内容，该产品保存2-8度，有效期5年。
