Chicken Laminin ELISA Kit is for the quantitative in vitro determination of Chicken LN concentrations in serum - plasma - tissue homogenates - other biological fluids.

 

INTENDED USE AND TEST PRINCIPLE

This Chicken Laminin ELISA Kit is intendedLaboratory for Research use only and it is not for use in diagnostic ortherapeutic procedures. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellowand the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer.In order to measure the concentration of Chicken LN in the sample, this Chicken Laminin ELISA Kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibrationstandards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator toproduce a standard curve of Optical Density versus Chicken LN concentration. Theconcentration of Chicken LN in the samples is then determined by comparing theO.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
