    The PGinVivo System utilizes the PepGel platform technology and is designed for easily encapsulating cells, antigen, virus, drugs, and compounds and then carrying them into the targeted locations In Vivo. PGinVivo is the home for cells, biocompatible, bio-absorbable, injectable, so-gel reversible by slightly shearing force, nutrients diffusible through, easy for handling at room condition or 37°C. PGinVivo is the perfect tool for research with animals and clinical applications for both animals and human.
     

    Advanced therapeutics and regenerative medicine for cancers and special genetic defects treatments have been severely limited by delivering tools to carry the targeted cells, genes, functional molecules and compounds into the targeted location In Vivo.
     

    The challenge for cell delivery, cells needs a desirable initial “home” for the transplantation transition between in vitro and in vivo. Therefore, the cell carrier has to possess a 3D network matrix composed of fibrous matrix proteins that provides suitable structural integrity mimicking the natural extracellular matrix (ECM).

    PGinVivo product is biocompatible and bioabsorbable completely in vivo. PGinVivo (PGmatrix, h9e) has been used to deliver human stem cells into mouse kidney area, mouse stem cell into mouse kidney area, and virus into pigs tissue area.
