    pBBR1MCS2-pAmp-EGFP Description

    PBBR1MCS2-pAmp-EGFP is based on the construction of plasmid pBBR1MCS, the plasmid is constructed by Kovach, has been shown to replicate in many Gram-negative bacteria, including Acetobacter xylinum, Alcaligenes eutrophus, Bartonella bacilliformis (Bordetella spp.), pertussis, Blue Prand (Brucella spp.), Caulobacter crescentus, Paracoccous denitrificans, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas fluorescens (Pseudomonas fluorescens), Pseudomonas putida (P. putida), r.meliloti (Rhizobium meliloti), R. leguminosarum by. Viciae, rhodobactersphaeroides (Rhodobacter sphaeroides), Salmonella typhimurium (Salmonella, typhimurium) of Vibrio cholerae (Vibrio cholerae) and Xanthomonas campestris.
