三、主要性能参数:The main performance parameters:
仪器由耐火试验炉、气体流量测量系统、温度测量系统和压力测量及控制系统组成;
炉体结构采用钢结构框架,在钢结构框架中间用耐火砖砌成炉壁,炉壁内侧采用耐高温的隔热材料,密度大于1000kg/M3。炉内温度测试温度高达1450℃;
温度测量系统分炉内热电偶、背火面热电偶、移动热电偶、环境热电偶;
炉内压力测量为T形测量探头,测量精度±2pa;
燃烧喷灯在两侧炉壁内嵌,提供炉膛内升温所需的热量;
观火孔:在炉体后侧壁设有观火孔,用来观察试验时试件受火面和火焰的情况;
电气控制部分:采用嵌入式一体化工控机的MCGS组态软件和PLC程序,包括:主控界面,炉温曲线界面,试件温度界面,历史记录界面和参数确定界面;
炉内温度和压力控制通过计算机的RS485连接到控制系统实现, 燃烧测试的传感器如热电偶和压力传感器的直流输出电压转化为数字形式,然后可以传递到计算机系统显示和存储; 
采用高精度多位采集卡,收集各路的温度、压力、流量等多方面的数,经微机分析、处理和控制产生实时再现的燃烧时的真实信息,并经微机分析判定其的燃烧特性;

Electrical control part: adopting the integration of embedded industrial control of the MCGS configuration software and PLC program, including: the main control interface, interface temperature curve, sample temperature interface, historical records and parameters determine the interface;
Furnace temperature and pressure control of RS485 is connected to the control system by computer, combustion test sensors such as thermocouple and pressure sensor of dc output voltage is converted into digital form, which can then be passed to the computer system display and storage;
More than with high precision acquisition card, collect various of temperature, pressure, flow and other aspects of number, the computer analysis, processing and real time control of the true information when burning, and the computer analysis for determining the combustion characteristic;
