| Recommended Usage | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA and/or immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For ELISA detection applications、 a concentration range of 0.125-0.5 µg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve、 serial dilutions of TNF R Type II/p75 recombinant protein ranging from 250 to 4 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For immunofluorescent staining、 the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume or 100 µl of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
