Clone REA372 recognizes the mouse V delta 4 T cell receptor (TCR Vδ4) antigen, which is the predominant TCR of γ/δ T cells in the intestinal epithelium. The γ/δ TCR is expressed by a small subset of T cells in the thymus, intestinal epithelium, spleen, lymph node, and epidermis.
Additional information: Clone REA372 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
