简单描述：After having sequenced the light and heavy chains of Swant’s monoclonal anti- Na + -Ca2+ exchanger protein (cardiac IgG1) antibody 3RF1, the antibody was generated by recombinant methods in HEK293-cells. The antibody was evaluated for specificity and potency by the biotin-avidin labelling of cryostat or vibratome-sections of 4 % paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. The recombinant antibody 3RF1rec against Na+ -Ca2+ exchanger protein (cardiac) specifically localizes Na+ -Ca2+ in the plasma membrane of the heart using free-floating or mounted sections. The recombinant method guarantees the continued production of a constant titre of this recombinant anti-Na+ -Ca2+ exchanger protein (cardiac) antibody with the same specificity and chemical identity.
