载体描述
The pAdPL-DEST Gateway Vector Kit contains the Gateway?-adapted ViraPower? adenoviral expression vector, pAd?PL-DEST? vector for easy recombination-based cloning and adenoviral-based, transient expression of a target gene in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. The vector allows generation of an adenovirus containing the target gene where expression is driven by a promoter of choice. Alternatively, the vector may also be used to express small RNA molecules from their appropriate promoters.
