主要用于楼宇ZY空调末端产品房间温控器的恒温调节与控制，也可用于其他领域的恒温调节和控制。工作原理：该产品有三部件组成：1、螺纹调节部件；2、温度感温与传感部件；3、速动作电气开关部件。温度感温与传感部件：感应环境温度的变化，当环境温度升高时，感温部件产生轴向直线位移增大运动；反之，环境温度下降，感温部件产生轴向直线位移减小运动，从而对速动作电气开关部件做推动和收回动作，进而起到速动作电气开关内簧片电气触点的闭合和断开，终控制环境温度的作用。螺纹调节部件起到设定需求的环境温度的作用，用于ZY空调温控器设定调节温度为+5-+30℃.也可用于-15-+40℃的温度控制范围。主要技术参数：1、控温范围：+5-+30℃；2、控温精度：1.5℃；3、Z高使用温度：+60℃；4、额定电压：220VAC±10% 50/60Hz；同时可用于110V/24V等不同电压；5、负载电流：＜3A 阻性负载/＜16A 阻性负载；6、使用寿命：10万次以上；7、满足各种场合的温度控制和温度－位移的控制，可按要求加工不同安装要求的感温和位移控制元件。JX Series Temperature Adjusting & Controlling ElementsIt comprises of 3 parts (adjusting part, temperature sensing part, snap-action switch ) and is used for room thermostat, it also can be used in other industries which need controlling constant temperature. When temperature increases or decreases ,temperature detecting/sensing element can expand or shrink axially ,and this can push or pull the spring of snap-action switch , so it can automatically control and maintain the ambient temperature at a set-point.The screw adjusting part is used to set required temperature. It can adjust the temperature between 5～30℃for commercial air conditioners.
