Product Overview
Stemgent® DyLight™ 488 Goat anti-Rat IgG + IgM Antibody was screened on human stem cells using immunocytochemistry (ICC) and flow cytometry (FC), and selected as the best application-tested secondary antibody, among those screened, for stem cell research applications. This polyclonal goat anti-rat IgG + IgM antibody reacts with rat IgG, IgM, and the light chains of other rat immunoglobulins. Cross reactivity against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins has not been detected. The Stemgent® DyLight™ 488 Goat anti-Rat IgG + IgM Antibody has been solid-phase absorbed and tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with human, bovine, and horse immunoglobulins. However, cross-reaction with immunoglobulins from other species has not been tested.

Fluorophore DyLight™ 488 is spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® 488, fluorescein, and FITC. The excitation maximum is 493 nm. The emission maximum is 518 nm.
Storage Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from light. Do not freeze.
