Stemgent® DyLight™ 488 Goat anti-Mouse IgG + IgM Antibody was screened on mouse and/or human stem cells using immunocytochemistry (ICC) and flow cytometry (FC), and selected as the best application-verified secondary antibody for stem cell research applications. This polyclonal goat anti-mouse IgG + IgM antibody reacts with mouse IgG, IgM, and the light chains of other mouse immunoglobulins. Cross reactivity against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins has not been detected. The Stemgent® DyLight™ 488 Goat anti-Mouse IgG + IgM Antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase absorption to ensure minimal cross-reactivity with human, bovine, and horse immunoglobulins. However, it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
