原理性能和用途Principle of performance andApplication
原理性能：当被控制对象的温度发生变化时，温控器感温内部的工质产生相应的热胀冷缩的物理现象（工质体积变化），与感温部连通一起的膜盒产生膨胀或收缩。通过杠杆原理，带动开关通断动作，达到恒温目的。F2000/A2000系列液胀式温控器具有控温准确，稳定可靠，开停温差小，控温调节范围大，超载电流大等性能特点。
用途：主要用于厨房冷柜、保鲜柜、冷库、制冰机、鱼池等控温用。
Principle of performance andApplication:
When the temperature of the controlled object is changed,the inner
workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulb produce a corresponding
thermal expansion and contraction physical phenomenon (theworking
substancevolume change), at which connected with the diaphragm of
sensible bulb produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to
drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.F2000/A2000 series thermostats have temperature control accurate, reliable,smalldifferential, temperature adjustment range, and large overload
current performance characteristics.

二、注意事项：
1、用户必须根据自己产品的特点，所需控制的温度，提出订货型号和规格。
2、温控器安装时，感温管尽可能整支贴紧被控温表面，以达到控温准确的目的。
3、安装时不可将感温管压变形，以免影响其性能。
4、勿使导电气体或导电物质进入温控器内或污染温控器表面以免影响电气绝缘性能。
5、安装支架的M4螺钉不要过长，否则会破坏温控器性能。
6、开关盒是电器陶瓷件，要轻拿轻放，避免破坏。
7、毛细管折弯半径不能小于5mm.
