Product Description

This high affinity anti-Flg (DYKDDDDK) antibody is developed using the Flg peptide (DYKDDDDK) conjugated to KLH and affinity-purified with the DYKDDDDK peptide. The purified antibody was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) via reductive amination. The antibody is useful for detection, isolation and localization of DYKDDDDK-tag proteins.
