Asc-574 Bromocriptine mesylate/甲黄酸溴麦角环肽

Biological Description

Potent, selective D_2-like dopamine receptor agonist (K_i values are ~8, ~5, ~290, ~440 and ~450 nM for D₂, D₃, D₄, D₁ and D₅ receptors respectively). Inhibits the release of pituitary prolactin and stimulates motor activity in Parkinson's disease. Also reverses glutamate transporter 1 (GLT-1) activity, increasing glutamate levels.
