Biological Description

Dopamine receptor antagonist (Ki values are 16, 10, 7.8, and 31 nM for dopamine D2, D1, D3 and D4 respectively). Also inhibits CYP2D6 (IC50 = 2.7 μM). Anti-psychotic. Displays anti-tuberculosis/ drug-resistant tuberculosis properties.
